Terms and Conditions

• The Telemedicine Campaign Program (“Campaign”) shall be launched by ATOM MYANMAR LIMITED (“ATOM”) on 1st May 2024 and will run until xxx 30th Sept 2024.
• All calls must be a genuine medical teleconsultation session.
• Participants must be existing customers of Telecom Provider ATOM during the campaign period.
• Participants must be of 18 years of age or who are under 18 years of age but have parental consent to participate in the campaign.
• Participants must be residents of the Myanmar.
• Employees of Telecom Provider ATOM and 7887 Telemedicine, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Winners of monthly prizes remain entitled to win more monthly prizes and major clinical assistance prize again.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable with cash.
• As per the census, medical-related prizes can be transferred to the winner’s family members upon presenting their household certificates.
• Campaign and this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Union of Myanmar and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar Courts.
• In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
• ATOM reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign where it becomes necessary to do so at its full discretion. 
   

Provision of Information

• The winners agree to take part in the promotional activities till the extent permitted by law, and allow to disclose their personal information such as names, townships, the last four digits of contact numbers, photographs, and audio and/or visual recordings to be published on the social nerworking sites, print media and or broadcasting channels.

Prize Selection Workflow
Monthly Prize
The decision to choose the monthly prize winners shall be selected randomly through the computer system and jointly by ATOM and 7887 which shall be final in case of disputes.

Major Clinical Assistance Prize

• The two prize winners will be selected randomly at the end of the campaign for personalized major medical support, who make a minimum of 3 calls (each consulted in a different month).
• The winner(s) will be scrutinized and verified by 7887 professional medical team to identify the genuine need for clinical assistance.
• The parameters include but not limited to, the type of medical conditions (appendectomy, labour package, surgery on cleft palate, etc.) and the extent of their financial capacity.
• Following the winner announcement to the public, a patient success story by winner in the form of a documentary.
• The Major Clinical Assistance Prize will be provided within the maximum specified prize amount of that reward.

Notification and Claiming the Rewards

• Winners must be willing and able to accept the prizes offered.
• The proposed prize scheme can be managed and operated by 7887 support teams as instructed by ATOM.
• The winners shall be contacted within (1) week to be notified about winning the prize. During the call of notification, the winner will be provided with the details on how to claim the prize.
• The winners shall claim the monthly prize at 7887 (or) if they could not travel, we would deliver their prizes to their places of residence or nearest express bus stations using a suitable courier upon the request of the winner where the delivery charges are to be paid by the recipient.
• All prizes must be claimed within 10 days after the winner announcement.
• If the winners cannot be contacted for three attempts of phone call or has not claimed the reward within 10 days after the winner announcement, we will cancel the respective reward.
• Both ATOM and Trust Oo do not have an obligation to notify the winner about when that 10-day period shall expire or when it has expired.

The winners need to present the following proof of evidence when claiming the Rewards.

• Original National ID card and copies of their NRC cards (front and back) or Passport or Foreign Registration Certificate and
• ATOM SIM card which was utilised in medical consultations with 7887 Call Center.
• The winners shall sign an Acceptance of Reward document as instructed by ATOM.

Exclusion Criteria
Participants may be excluded from the campaign if they fail to meet any of the eligibility criteria or if they engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior during the campaign.
