Terms and Conditions for 'Buy Now Pay Later Program'

  • This service is intented to offer monthly installment plan for every ATOM customer who has stable income for mobile phone purchases.
  • The applicant must be AYA Pay Level 2 User and have specified minimum income amount by AYA Bank.
  • The applicant need to apply via ATOM Store app or ATOM Website and select the desired product to purchase first. The applicant must provide personal information, monthly salary payslip and guarantor’s information to AYA Bank. Then, AYA Bank will be verified for the registration. ATOM shall not be responsible for any personal information, salary information including the guarantor’s information provided by applicant to AYA Bank.
  • AYA Bank will contact to the customer within 5 office days if customer’s registration status after verifying the customer’s information. AYA Bank will send SMS for the registration is succesful and approved. Then QR Code will deliver to AYA Pay App’s notification as well. Once customer received SMS and QR Code, he/she can pick up the product at the selected shop by signing the necessary forms.
  • Customer need to repay monthly repayment amount from Manage Card in AYA Pay App or any AYA Bank Branches Counters. Monthly electronic statment will deliver to your applied email everymonth by describing the last date. If customer is missed to repay, late fees 2% will be charged for the rest amount.
  • ATOM Myanmar shall not have an access right to your information and documention requested for this BNPL program application process. AYA Bank is the sole entity that collect and know your information for the application process.
  • The validity of data bonus is 30 days.

AYA Pay Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is a Card Application developed by AYA Bank. AYA Pay BNPL acts like a credit card for mobile wallet, AYA Pay. AYA Pay BNPL offers an alternative payment method which allows customers to purchase their everyday needs products only with monthly installment plan. 

  • The applicant must be 21 years old and above. 
  • The applicant must be ATOM sim card user.
  • The applicant must be verified AYA Pay Level (2) User.
  • The applicant must have specified minimum income amount to apply for BNPL. 
  • The applicant must be provided personal information, monthly salary payslip and guarantor’s information.

(6) months, (12) months, (18) months and (24) months payment terms can be applied respectively. 

AYA Pay BNPL offer 20% Downpayment plan for every products. 

No guarantor is needed to calrify for Downpayment Plan in AYA Pay BNPL. 

Credit statement will be sent to your email every month by providing due date. You can repay your monthly payment via AYA Pay Wallet’s Manage Card (or) any AYA Bank Branches Counters.

ATOM Data Bonus will be given to the customer every first week of a month after customer has picked up the phone.

2% Late fees will be charged for late payment.

Customers can only pay for their selected monthly repayment according to the payment plan.

Customer can apply for a new BNPL after he/she has been fully paid for the previous one.
