1) By activating this BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package, it is assumed that you have read, understood and agreed with below terms and conditions.
2) Customer is hereby notified that only ATOM commercial prepaid users can obtain this BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package.
3) Upon activation of this BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package, the customer shall be deducted the Pack Service price based from their main balance or loan balance (“Primary member”).
4) After that, the primary member shall add one ATOM pre-paid numbers to be able to enjoy Internet Data, Voice and SMS package (“Secondary member”).
5) Only primary member can add or remove secondary member for this service. However, primary member shall not be entitled to change the secondary member phone numbers and change the plan package until the end of current activated BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package validity.
6) Only Primary Member will be eligible for Extra BOGO Cashback benefits once the pack subscription is successful.
7) Both primary member and secondary member are not allowed to transfer their internet data, on-net call and SMS package of BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package to other ATOM users. However, primary member can share their BOGO Data Balance that purchase under BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package to secondary member with service charges. Maximum number of times and amount of data transfer are limited.
8) Regarding the plan expiry date, ATOM Myanmar will notify to the Customers who activate this package 2 days before expiry date. If primary member does not extend the BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package, data quota benefits of primary and secondary member will be forfeited after 30 days ( after the plan expiry), and their data usage, On-net Call and SMS will be deducted from either pack balance or Pay as You Go rate.
9) ATOM will not refund prices of BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package activated/cancelled/failed to use by customers with their own decision.
10) ATOM may change, add, suspend, amend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify BOGO (Buy One Get One) Package offered including prices, numbers of member in this service, service terms and this Terms and Conditions at any time with their sole discretion.

Download or Update ATOM Store APP latest version and click on “BOGO (Buy One Get One) Pack” Icon from home screen. By selecting the offer banner pack then adding a desire ATOM prepaid MSISDN and subscribe the pack.
Benefits will be credited automatically to both members once the pack subscription is successful.
You cannot subscribe the pack multiple times within 30 days validity.
Both BOGO members can send ATOM to ATOM SMS to all ATOM numbers FREE for 30 days.
You cannot remove or change secondary members within 30-days pack validity.
You can remove or change your secondary members after 1st purchase pack validity.
Any primary or secondary can co-exists in only one BOGO (Buy One Get One) pack.
