Dial *323# and follow the USSD menu instruction to subscribe daily service with 79ks.
Call 323+MSISDN B (3230979xxxxxx) with free of charge and follow the IVR recording.
Press 1 for daily subscription and Press 2 for pay-go-rate.
Sender enters designated short code (323) + MSISDN B (3230979xxx1183) and call to start Voice Memo service.
Audio prompt will be played, and sender will follow the steps. For valid users, you can start the recording after the beep and press # to stop the recording.
