Balance Transfer

You can transfer your ATOM main balance to ATOM ATOM number. Your credit will transfer the recipient’s main balance. When someone transfers to you, the credit will be applied to your main balance.

How to Transfer:

  • *122* recipient’s number * Amount # ussd code dial

    e.g. *122*0979xxxxxxx*1000# ussd code dial

  • ATOM Store App-> “Transfer” button on home screen

Terms and Conditions

  • ATOM Prepaid Users
  • You can transfer between 200 Ks and 10,000 Ks in a single transaction.
  • Maximum accumulated transfer amount is limited to 50,000Ks per day.
  • Maximum number of transfers per day is limited to 10 transfers.
  • Minimum 3,000 Ks to be used from your ATOM main balance before first Balance Transfer.
  • 5% processing fee + taxes will be applicable. **(effective from 1st June 2021 onwards)

ATOM prepaid users can transfer their balance to another ATOM prepaid account.

You can transfer between 200 Ks and 10,000 Ks in a single transaction. Maximum accumulated transfer amount is limited to 50,000Ks per day. Maximum number of transfers per day is limited to 10 transfers. Minimum 3,000 Ks to be used from mobile bill before your first transfer.

Only main account balance can be transfer. No bonus amount can be transferred.

Balance Transfer is almost instantaneous, and the transaction completes with within seconds post transaction is completed.

5% processing fee + taxes will be applicable. **(effective from 1st June 2021 onwards)
