We are launching "Double the Donation with ATOM" to support the restoration of areas affected by the recent earthquake disaster. Starting from April 1, 2025, customers who wish to contribute can send an SMS with the donation amount (which will be charged to their Atom phone bill) to 6666.

"Double the Donation with ATOM" enables all ATOM users to contribute any amount they can to support earthquake-affected areas across Myanmar in their recovery efforts.
1) How to donate?
Send an SMS to 6666 with your desired donation amount:
• ATOM500 TO 6666 (for 500Kyats Donation)
• ATOM1000 TO 6666 (for 1,000Kyats Donation)
• ATOM2500 TO 6666 (for 2,500Kyats Donation)
• ATOM5000 TO 6666 (for 5,000Kyats Donation)
2) Is there any limitation for donation?
No, there is no limit on how much a user can donate via SMS. ATOM will match the total amount donated by customers, doubling the support for earthquake-affected areas.
3) What is the eligibility for donation?
All prepaid and postpaid customers are eligible to participate in the donation. Users who have used Kyo Thone must settle their Kyo Thone balance before they can make a donation.
4) How to participate?
Send an SMS to 6666 with one of the following:
• ATOM500
• ATOM1000
• ATOM2500
• ATOM5000
5) How to check balance?
Dial *124# to check your balance.
6) To which organization ATOM will donate?
ATOM will donate to a reputable charity actively involved in the earthquake disaster response efforts.
