Terms & Conditions

1. "100 Mil for 100 Days" promotion is allowed for ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customers only.
2. In this Campaign, Employees of ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM Myanmar), its Agents and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate. ATOM Myanmar shall have the sole discretionary power to determine the eligibility of any participants in this Campaign, during any stage of the Campaign. 
3. Prepaid Customers are required to buy 2,999 kyats and above packages from any pack subscription channels (ATOM Store App, USSD, Eload & POS Store, Kwat Ti Po Ya *1#, IVR, SMS, ATOM Myanmar Website, iPCN, iBCN) within the promotion period to be eligible for lucky draw of Daily 1 Million Kyats Top-up Prizes as Awards. The promotion Period shall start from 23rd September 2024 to end of December 2024.
4. The Lucky Draw Prize for this Campaign shall be 1 Million Kyats ATOM Top-Up amount to the winners. (Please note that ATOM shall not offer or exchange of any properties/ any cash alternative, including pecuniary, instead of the Prize). The Lucky Winners shall bear commercial tax or applicable taxes in case of ATOM top-up prize.
5. The Lucky Draw Prize for 1 Million Kyats ATOM Top-Up amount to the winners shall be expired (365 days), starting from the Top-up date. 
6. Packs Purchasing less than 2,999 kyats from any channels are not eligible for this Campaign.
7. During the lucky draw campaign, ATOM Myanmar will select one winner randomly every day and ATOM Myanmar Call Center will call to the selected Winners during or after the Campaign period. 
8. ATOM Myanmar has right to re-select another winner in case of the lucky winner who does not pick up ATOM’s call attempt for (3) times. 
9. Winners require to provide their NRIC number; Name and their addresses and Winners agree to share that information to ATOM Myanmar. 
10. ATOM will not allow winners to transfer 1 Mil top-up amount to other refer Mobile Numbers. 
11. Participating in this Campaign means that the Winner allows and grants ATOM the right to upload, broadcast the whole or any part of the voice recording of Award winner, last 3 digits of winner’s mobile number and Photo on social media and/or any other Medias. 
12. Winners will be excluded for next time winner selection.
13. In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
14. ATOM Myanmar also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM Myanmar, which may affect any Winner’s eligibility for the Promotion.
15. In case of dispute regarding this promotion, ATOM’s decision is final, and ATOM Myanmar has right to deny or suspend the prize where it becomes necessary to do so at its full discretion at any time during the Campaign. The decision of ATOM Myanmar shall be final and binding in every aspect of this Campaign.
