Terms and Conditions

• Cashback campaign allow to participate the ATOM Myanmar prepaid user ("ATOM user”). But it is not allowed to participate the ATOM Myanmar’s employees, partners and their family members.
• Cashback campaign period is from 09 May 2024 to 31 May  2024. Within this campaign period, ATOM users can participate in the campaign via top-up the phone bill with uabpay. 
• The Customer shall top-up minimum 3000Ks to enjoy the cash back benefit. If the user who top-up 3000Ks can be enjoy 3000 cashback bonus, top-up 5000Ks can be enjoy 5000 cashback bonus, and top-up 10000Ks and above can be enjoy 10000 cashback bonus one time a day for one ATOM phone number based on their first time recharge amount.
• The bonus cashback will be fulfilled to customer’s top-up phone number on 24 May, 31 May and 3 June 2024.
• After receiving the cashback benefit, the customers can use bonus benefit with the validity 14 days. After 14 days this bonus benefit will be expired. 
• Customer can check remaining cashback balance and validity at *124*1# (or) ATOM store app.
• The bonus benefits shall be allowed to use for PayGo Rate
• The bonus benefit cannot be transferred to other ATOM phone numbers.
• ATOM is not liable and responsible to refund for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with any error that occurs when top-up bill via uabpay and any technical error occur when customers receive the bonus benefit.
• ATOM Myanmar Limited reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions with immediate effect, subject to the limitations under the at any time relevant laws and regulations in Myanmar. The decision of ATOM regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding.
