What is ATOM Shal Suboo Data Auto Renewal Packages?

Along with the data carry over feature, we are introducing Shal Suboo Data Packages with auto-renew! These packages will automatically renew once your Shal Suboo data balance goes below 50MB, the system will automatically renew your pack for you. As with the regular Shal Suboo Data Packages, any unused data will roll over within 7 days after expiry.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Shal Suboo Data Package quota is allowed to be used for any data usage.
  2. Shal Suboo Data Package validity offers in 10 days, 15 days, 30 days and the data carry over (grace period) is 7 days after the pack expiry. 
  3. Shal Suboo Data Package available in both regular and auto-renew packages.
  4. Multiple subscriptions are permitted, with data and validity periods combined to offer the maximum validity.
  5. Auto-renew packages will be auto-renew (multiple subscriptions allowed) once the data balance falls below 50MB and the system will deduct the subscribed pack price from the main balance automatically. If there is insufficient balance, the activation of the auto-renewal pack will fail. Shal Suboo data auto-renewal packages can unsubscribe by dialing the respective USSD code. Details at FAQs.
  6. Shal Suboo Data Packages (“Shal Suboo”) available for ATOM Prepaid Customers only.
  7. Shal Suboo Data Packages prices are inclusive of commercial Tax of 15% (as per announcement of Commercial Tax amendment effective 22nd Jan 2022 onwards).
  8. The remaining unused Shal Suboo Data balance after the pack Expiry Date will be rolled over if the customer purchases any new Shal Suboo pack within 7 days from the Expiry Date. 
  9. If the Customer does not purchase a new Shal Suboo Data package within 7 days, the remaining unused balance will be lost.
  10. During the grace period (7 days after the pack expiry), the remaining unused Shal Suboo data balance will not be able to use, but the balance can be seen and checked through ATOM Store App & via *9124#.
  11. By subscribing for a Shal Suboo Data package (one-time subscription (or) auto-renew), the subscribing customer accepts that these Terms and Conditions, as amended, shall also apply to any Shal Suboo product subscribed for earlier.
  12. ATOM Myanmar Limited reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions with immediate effect, subject to the limitations under the at any time relevant laws and regulations in Myanmar.

The Shal Suboo data package is a special pack which offers worry free internet pack.

Shal Suboo Data Package validity offers in 10 days, 15 days, 30 days and the data carry over (grace period) is 7 days after the pack expiry. 

The carryover period of Shal Suboo Data package is 7 days after the pack is expired.

Customer can use the data balance within the pack validity. After the validity, the remaining unused Shal Suboo Data will be rolled over if the customer purchases any new Shal Suboo pack within 7 days from the Expiry Date.

Shal Suboo Data Auto Renewal packages will auto-renew once the data balance falls below 50MB, the system will deduct the subscribed pack price from the main balance automatically. If there is insufficient balance, the activation of the auto-renewal pack will fail.

Due to the auto renewal service, there is no need to purchase a daily renewal. If the data balance falls below 50MB, it will automatically renew to prevent interruptions or pay-as-you-go charges.

Multiple subscriptions are allowed, with data and validity periods combined to offer the maximum validity.

To check Suboo Data Balance: 

Due to the announced Commercial Tax amendment, all internet data services will be subjected to 15% tax effective from 22nd Jan'22 onwards.
