Terms and Conditions for 'New Year, New Fortune' Campaign

New Year, New Fortune promotion is allowed for ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customers only.
In this Campaign, Employees of ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM Myanmar), its Agents and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate. ATOM Myanmar shall have the sole discretionary power to determine the eligibility of any participants in this Campaign, during any stage of the Campaign.
To participate in this promotion, it is required to purchase any ATOM package priced at 999 MMK or above using your preferred method, either through your phone balance or ATOM Kyo Thone balance.
Prepaid Customers are required to buy 999 kyats and above packages from any pack subscription channels (ATOM Store App, USSD, Eload & POS Store, Kwat Ti Po Ya *1#, IVR, SMS, ATOM Myanmar Website, iPCN, iBCN) within the promotion period to be eligible for lucky draw of New Year, New Fortune Grand Prizes. The promotion Period shall start from 22nd January 2025 to 30th April 2025. The promotional period organized by ATOM Myanmar Limited for this sales campaign can be extended at any time.

Similarly, for every purchase of an ATOM package priced at 999 MMK or above, you will receive one lucky draw ticket. The details of the number of tickets you can earn are as follows:

For this promotional campaign, the prizes for the winners are: Grand Prizes- Cash Prize of 100,000,000 MMK for one lucky winner, AYA SOMPO Health Insurance Premium for three lucky winners and MAI (YGN-BKK-YGN) Ticket for two winners. Weekly Prizes- weekly One lucky winner will receive an iPhone 15. Weekly Ten lucky winners will each receive an ATOM Phone Bill worth 100,000 MMK and 5,000 ATOM STAR points. (Note: Apart from the grand prize of 100,000,000 MMK in cash, ATOM Myanmar will not allow any other non-cash prizes to be exchanged for cash or other goods. Winners of lucky draws based on ATOM top-ups and any entitled lucky draw prizes winning will be responsible for any commercial taxes or other taxes required by law. ATOM shall not be liable to pay all kinds of applicable taxes relating to this Campaign, on behalf of the winners.
The ATOM phone bill amount equivalent to a value of 100,000 MMK awarded to the winners will expire 365 days from the initial top-up date. ATOM STAR 5,000 points will be valid for use within 30 days from the date they are credited. The AYA SOMPO Health Insurance prize will be subject to the terms and conditions of AYA SOMPO. Similarly, the MAI (Yangon-Bangkok-Yangon) ticket prize will be governed by the terms and conditions of MAI. In any disputes or issues arises out of the AYA SOMPO Health Insurance Prize and MAI (Yangon-Bangkok-Yangon) (“AYA and MAI”) between AYA, MAI and winners, ATOM Myanmar Limited shall not take any responsibility to the winners.
In this promotional campaign, Top-ups and purchases of packages priced below 999 MMK will not be eligible for the lucky draw program.
During the promotional period, ATOM Myanmar will randomly select 11 weekly winners each week. Winners will be contacted by ATOM Myanmar via the Call Center phone number 09-750097500 either during or after the lucky draw period.
ATOM Myanmar will attempt to contact the weekly winners up to three times. If the calls are not answered, ATOM Myanmar reserves the right to select alternative winners.
ATOM Myanmar will announce the time and date of the grand prize winner selection in advance. Grand prize winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants during the campaign period, and the selection process will be conducted transparently through a live session on the ATOM Myanmar Facebook Page. Winners will be contacted by ATOM Myanmar Call Center via the phone number 09-750097500 during or after the live lucky draw session. If a winner fails to answer the call after three attempts for any kind of prize, ATOM Myanmar reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 12
Winners must agree to provide their name, national registration number, and residential address to ATOM Myanmar in order to claim their prize. If the winner is under 18 years old, they must come with their legal guardian (or a parent listed on the family registry) to collect the prize. Winners of Grand Prize must attend to collect their prizes personally at the ATOM’ Head Office. ATOM Myanmar Limited reserves the right to reject the Grand Prize Winners who are not attend personally to ATOM Head Office within (15) days from specified time proposed by ATOM Myanmar Limited.
ATOM Myanmar Limited reserves the right to reject all Prizes winners who are not provide in time, the necessary documents and information requested by ATOM Myanmar Limited.
A person can only win once during the promotion period. Any prize winners who have already been selected will be excluded from subsequent draws under this campaign promotion.
Winners of the ATOM Phone Bill and ATOM STAR 5,000 Points will not be able to transfer or credit these prizes to any other ATOM phone number.
Participation in this promotion means that the winner agrees to allow ATOM Myanmar to record their voice in full or in part, and to share the last three digits of their mobile number and photo on social media or other media outlets. The winner must grant permission to ATOM Myanmar for the broadcast and release of these materials. Winners are not enjoying additional allowance for the purpose of this clause, except for the respective prizes.
These terms and conditions are available in both Burmese and English. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
ATOM Myanmar shall not be held responsible for any delays, omissions, miscalculations, technical malfunctions, software or hardware failures, breakdowns, losses, errors, internet connectivity issues, undelivered or incorrectly sent communications, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the participants or result in any losses or damages related to this promotion. ATOM Myanmar will not be held liable for any such losses.
In the event of any dispute or any matter which is not mentioned related to this promotion, ATOM Myanmar 's decision will be final and binding. ATOM Myanmar reserves the right to reject or terminate the participation of any user who does not comply with these terms and conditions at any time during the promotional period. ATOM Myanmar's decisions are final and conclusive in all aspects of this promotion, and participants must accept these decisions without objection.
