Terms and Conditions

  • This Service is Only appliable for ATOM Prepaid Customers. By activating this SMS Sagar Wine Service (“SMS Sagar Wine Service”), it is assumed that you have read, understood and agreed with below terms and conditions.
  • We also assume that you agree to comply with ATOM Privacy Policy as described in LINK
  •  ATOM Prepaid customer may subscribe the service through USSD Channel by dialing *212#
  • The Validity Period of SMS Sagar Wine Service is 15Days. 
  • SMS Sagar Wine Service is an annual subscription service with 15-day instalment payment. 
  • Service Subscriber (Group Admin) shall be charged in the amount of 999 MMK (Including CT) as subscription fees for every 15-day period for as long as they remain subscribers, regardless of any use of the service benefit. 
  • Service subscriber will be recognized as Admin of the group chat (“Group Admin”).
  • Group Admin can invite members (max 3) who is a ATOM prepaid customer (“Group Member”) to join in a chat.
  • Group Admin can add/update/remove members.
  • The Joining fees of 1 Ks will be charged from each member when he/she has accepted to join the invited group chat.
  • Joining Fees shall only be collected as one-time, and the Members can talk/ chat in a group if the Service Subscriber is still active in service (or) able to pay the 15-day subscription fee.
  • Joined member or invited member is not able to extend the group chat invites to others
  • Either group admin or group member can be in maximum of 3 group chat and shall be paid the joining fees of each SMS Sagar Wine group.
  • Both the Group Admin and Members shall only be charged for service fees and joining fees regarding to send the SMS message within a group and subscribe/renew the service. 
  • After subscribing to the SMS Sagar Wine Service, group admin and group members can send the SMS message with free charges.
  • If insufficient renewal service at group Admin’s balance, unable to send/receive SMS within the group, and insufficient balance alert will be seen. 
  • After 7 days of insufficient balance retry period, the existing Group Chat should be removed if the user still has not enough balance to continue using the service.
  • The re-joiners/ subscribers may need to subscribe the service again, create the new Group Chat and pay the subscription fees.
  • ATOM may change, add, suspend, amend, cancel, remove, or otherwise modify the SMS Sagar Wine Service offered including prices, numbers of member in this service, service terms and this Terms and Conditions at any time with their sole discretion. 
  • ATOM shall not be obligated if the customers (i.e., both group admin and members) who use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions of this SMS Group Chat Service.

SMS Sagar Wine Service is where the ATOM users can join together and chat in a group at anytime without the Internet/ wifi.

To Subscribe as a Group Admin, Dial *212*1*1#. To join as a member, Send 'ACPT' to the Shortcode (Group ID) of the receiving invitation SMS. 

As a Service Subscriber, Group Admin shall be charged 999Kyats per 15 Days. And Joining fees (Member Fees) - only 1 Ks will be deducted from each member when accepting to join to the invited group. (Send ACPT to invited GroupID 212xxxx).

Group Admin/ Service Subscriber can invite upto 3 Members to his/her SMS Group Chat.

 Dial *212# and follow the instructions to add, replace or remove the members  (or) Send HELP to GroupID.

Only ATOM Prepaid Users are eligible to use this SMS Sagar Wine service.

No, either group admin or group member can be in maximum of 3 group chat and shall be paid the subscription fees and/or joining fees of each SMS Sagar Wine group.

In order to add members via USSD Journey, Dial *212# > Reply 2 > Enter Group ID (Eg, 212XXXX) > Enter Mobile Number/s of the desired members by separating with comma ',' (Eg, 0979xxxxxxx,0979xxxxxxx,0979xxxxxxx)  (OR) via SMS Journey, Send ADDGRP<SPACE>1st member's mobile number, 2nd ph number, 3rd ph number (Eg, ADDGRP 097XXXXXXXX,097XXXXXXXX,097XXXXXXXX) to <Group ID> 

In order to replace the member via USSD Journey, Dial *212# > Reply 3 > Enter Group ID (Eg, 212XXXX) > Enter Mobile Numbers of the Old and New members by separating with comma ',' (Eg, old member number, new member ph number) (OR) via SMS Journey, Send UPDGRP<SPACE> Old member's ph number, New member's ph number (Eg, UPDGRP 097XXXXXXXX,097XXXXXXXX) to <Group ID> 

In order to Remove Members from Group Chat via USSD Journey, Dial *212# > Reply 4 > Enter Group ID (Eg, 212XXXX) > Enter Mobile Number of the desired member (Eg, 0979xxxxxxx)  (OR) via SMS Journey, Send DELGRP<SPACE>Mobile Number of the desired member (Eg, DELGRP 097XXXXXXXX) to <Group ID> 

In order to Pause the Group Chat via USSD Journey, Dial *212# > Reply 5 > Enter Group ID (Eg, 212XXXX) (OR) via SMS Journey, Send DATGRP to <Group ID> 

In order to Re-start the Group Chat via USSD Journey, Dial *212# > Reply 6 > Enter Group ID (Eg, 212XXXX) (OR) via SMS Journey, Send ACTGRP to <Group ID> 

To Unsubscribe the service via USSD Journey, Dial *212# > Reply 7 > Enter Group ID (Eg, 212XXXX) (OR) via SMS Journey, Send UNSUBGRP to <Group ID>
