Terms and Conditions

  • All ATOM subscriber (“Customers”) can enjoy the Toe Tat Learning Portal (Learn to Grow) – where people canget education services (“service”) such as Language Learning service through audio, Matriculation Exam Practice SMS based services and other digital learning contents.
  • Customer can enjoy the educational contents with these ATOM VAS access channels - Interactive Voice Response services (“IVR Service”), SMS based services, USSD and digital contents through ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM Myanmar”) website.
  • To get the IVR service, customer can call 307 at free of charges. Then customer can listen and choose the preferred language to learn.
  • The customer needs to listen the instruction to subscribe the IVR service and make the user’s inputs to subscribe the service.
  • Customer need to confirm with their consent to subscribe the IVR service with the annual subscription with weekly installment fees.
  • For Matriculation Exam Practice SMS services, customer need to choose the preferred subjects to subscribe and the customer will receive the content through SMS.
  • Customer need to confirm with their consent for the service charge to deduct from their main account balance for their selected/ preferred service with limited period. After the customer’s confirmation upon the confirmation button or user inputs, the deduction will be happened. ATOM Myanmar will inform customers before completion of their plan. Once customer completetheir planfor this service, ATOM will deduct the service charges for the upcoming plan until the customers terminated this service.
  • Customer can cancel/remove/un-subscribe the service at any time for their convenience. ATOM Myanmar will not refund the remaining subscription fees for such cancel/remove/un-subscribe of the service with customer own decision.
  • We, ATOM Myanmar, reserves the right to change the site, policies, price, plan and period of service and these Terms and Conditions at any time. ATOM Myanmar will notify in a way reasonable to you with reasonable period (or) 30days notice in advance.
  • ATOM Myanmar has no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the related contents contained any services on the Toe Tat learning platform.

After subscribe the service, you can call anytime to listen the lessons for learning.
