ATOM received an overall satisfaction score of 85%. This marks a major milestone in ATOM’s ongoing commitment to creating a People-First workplace culture where people feel supported for inclusive growth. 

Attaining this certificate has proven ATOM’s dedication to create a workplace where people feel valued and engaged. The excitement within the team is visible, with 98% of employees actively participating in the survey that contributed to earning this certification.
