ATOM Introduces Yaung Yin Programme to Empower Customers to Earn Benefits by Selling Mobile Top-Ups and Packs via the ATOM Store App

Yangon, Myanmar, 18 January 2024 ATOM, Myanmar's leading 4.5G VoLTE network provider, announces the launch of its ATOM Yaung Yin programme, an innovative initiative that empowers ATOM prepaid customers to become brand partners and earn benefits by loading funds into their Yaung Yin accounts, and selling mobile top-ups and packs to other ATOM customers via the ATOM Store App.

ATOM Yaung Yin is a first-of-its-kind programme in Myanmar's telecommunications industry, reflecting ATOM's commitment to expanding access to telecom services, empowering the community, and fostering financial and digital inclusion. The programme aligns with ATOM's vision of providing innovative digital solutions that enrich the lives of its customers and contribute to Myanmar's socio-economic development.

The programme provides ATOM customers with an opportunity to earn additional income, promoting financial independence and entrepreneurship. By enabling ATOM customers to sell mobile top-ups and packs, the programme also expands access to telecommunication services, particularly in underserved areas. In addition, the programme encourages the use of digital payments and promotes financial literacy among ATOM customers.

How to Participate in the ATOM Yaung Yin Programme

The ATOM Yaung Yin programme is open to all ATOM customers using registered Prepaid SIM cards, and these are the simple steps for registration:

1) Download the latest version of the ATOM Store App (Version 4.6)

2) Click on "Yaung Yin" on the Home Page of the app

3) Register for Yaung Yin account and set a MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number)

4) Load funds into their Yaung Yin wallet via the digital payment service options available

How ATOM Yaung Yin Users Can Earn Benefits

ATOM Yaung Yin users can earn benefits in the following ways:

1) Loading fund balance into their Yaung Yin wallet, receiving a benefit of 2.5% on the loaded amount, with a minimum loading amount of MMK 10,000.

2) Selling mobile top-ups to other ATOM customers, earning a benefit of telecom points and bonus for top-up sales valued at MMK 5,000 or above.

3) Selling mobile packs of any available type to other ATOM customers, earning a benefit of telecom points and bonus for mobile pack sales valued at MMK 2,000 or above.

The programme ensures transparency by displaying the eligible instant benefits before each transaction type. Yaung Yin users can view their transaction history within the Yaung Yin tab on the ATOM Store App, providing records of 'Load Balance,' 'Top Up Mobile Balance,' and 'Pack Sale.'

Yaung Yin users with inactive accounts for 90 days will receive an SMS notification to load funds or complete a sales transaction. In the case of continued inactivity, the account will be temporarily suspended for 90 days, with remaining funds transferrable to the user's main phone balance. Accounts inactive for 180 days will be deactivated.
