“In the spirit of delivering #BeyondBetter connectivity and telecommunications services, our teams prepared months in advance to support the peak period in service usage during New Year’s Eve. This included upgrading facilities in sites where we knew there would be higher than usual usage and keeping maintenance work to a minimum to ensure optimal network availability & experience for customers. With each year, we are seeing increase in mobile data usage during New Year’s Eve due to increased preference to upload or share images and videos using data network,” said Yash Pal Singh, Chief Technology Officer of ATOM.
