28 July 2022: ATOM Myanmar would like to reiterate its firm commitment to supporting the people of Myanmar by continuing to provide them with essential communication services through the sustained development of a modern telecommunication operation, up to global standards, in a purposeful, responsible, ethical and socially responsible manner.
 
As a matter of fact, ATOM Myanmar is a law-abiding corporate entity. We continue to respect, abide by local and international laws, while upholding human rights and advocating for consumer protection regulations, especially in terms of data security, data resilience, privacy, connectivity, roaming, internet access, and others.
 
It’s worth noting that ATOM Myanmar is a solely owned subsidiary of "Investcom PTE Ltd." which is co-owned by the Shwe Byain Phyu (SBP) Group and M1 Group. All association and attribution to individuals &/or institutions other than these mentioned herein, are totally false and wrong.
