ATOM နှင့်အတူ Roam ကြစို့

ATOM နှင့်အတူ ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများနှင့် အကောင်းဆုံး roaming အတွေ့အကြုံများကို အရယူလိုက်ပါ။ ATOM SIM များအားလုံးသည် International Roaming Service (IR) ကို အလိုအလျှောက် ဖွင့်ထားပြီး ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် စတင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရာတွင် အပိုစာရင်းသွင်းခများ မလိုအပ်ဘဲ ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ ချိတ်ဆက်နေနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ခရီးမသွားခင် သို့မဟုတ် နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားတွင် ရှိနေစဉ် အကူအညီလိုအပ်သည့်အခါတွင် ATOM Viberသို့ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့မဟုတ် +95 979 00 979 00 သို့ လည်း ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် ၃ ။ ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံ တွင် ‌‌‌ဒေတာ အသုံးပြု၍ မရပါက ဖုန်း ၏ APN settings ကို စစ် ပေးပါရန် ။

iOS : Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network 
           APN ကို : "Internet" သို့ ပြောင်းလဲပေးပါရန် ။

Android :Settings > Connections > Mobile Netowrks > Access Point Names (APN) 
                APN ကို : "Internet" သို့ ပြောင်းလဲပေးပါရန် ။

 

လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် ၄ ။ ကွန်ယက်ကို အလိုလျောက် ချိတ်ဆက်မှု မရှိပါက မိမိ စိတ်ကြိုက် ကွန်ယက် ကို ရွေးချယ် ချိတ်ဆက် ပေးရန် ။

iOS : Setting > Cellular > Network Selection > စိတ်ကြိုက် ကွန်ယက် ကို ရွေးချယ် ပေးပါ။

Andriod : Setting > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network operators > စိတ်ကြိုက် ကွန်ယက် ကို ရွေးချယ် ပေးပါ။

အက်တမ်ရဲ့ Customer Care Team ကိုအမြန်ဆုံးဆက်သွယ်သင့်ပါတယ်။

- Roaming ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ပိတ်လိုပါက 500 သို့ ROAM OFF ဟု စာတိုပေးပို့နိုင်ပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ပြန်လည် ရယူလိုပါကလည်း 500 သို့ ROAM ON ဟု စာတိုပေးပို့ရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
