Terms and Conditions

1. The Golden Farm Game Program (“Game”) was launched by ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM”) on 1st March 2022. Customer will need to use all Game Lives until further notice. Game Lives which are not used till the end of this period and game lives which are not used older than 30 days period of current date will not be eligible to play the game for this Game Campaign. ATOM reserves the right to change the Game Period at their sole discretion.

2. Participation in the Game Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into this Game Program is deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at this application. ATOM reserves the right to make changes in Terms and Conditions, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. By entering the Game Program, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. 

3. The Game is open to all customers who subscribe to ATOM’s prepaid mobile telephone services (“ATOM Customers”), unless otherwise determined in these T&C. ATOM Customers, who want to participate in the Game Program will be required to access their “ATOM” application on their mobile device.
 
4. The following categories of persons or legal entities can play the game, but they are not eligible to win the in the prizes (“Non-Eligible Participants”):
•    any employees of ATOM, including employees on full-time, part-time, permanent or temporary arrangements.
•    any service providers to ATOM or business partners of ATOM, as well as employees of such;
•    any parties involved in sale or distribution of any ATOM products or services, as well as employees of such.

5. ATOM shall have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any Participants, including after a Participant has won a prize. Any Prizes won by Non-Eligible Participants shall be retained by ATOM and disposed of at ATOM`s sole discretion. 

6. ATOM Customers are eligible to participate in game program based on their type of ATOM’s star tier ranking (“Eligible Customer”) at ATOM app. However, all of ATOM users who can access ATOM application will be offered free Life (“Free Life”) as follows:

7. After using of free lives, the eligible customers(all customers) can buy one life with forty-nine Kyats (MMK 49/-) (“Paid life”) from their main balance. Paid life shall be deducted from the main balance of the eligible customer. Eligible Customers will need to access their “ATOM” app and use the paid lives (before the campaign ends). If the paid lives are not claimed (till last day of campaign), the Eligible Customers will not be able to participate in the game program or to win any prizes. Customers will not be compensated for any expired Paid lives. ATOM Myanmar shall be entitled to change the number of free lives and the fees of paid life before the end of lucky draw period.

8. No compensation will be offered for Game Lives that expires. Each Free Life and Paid Life gives one chance to play the Golden Farm game at ATOM app. Upon hitting the targeted scores, the customer will have chance to win the following instant prizes:
•    CashBack (Top-up bill) Up to 1,000/- Ks
•    Onnet SMS
•    Onnet Voice call

9. ATOM will send the SMS message for the instant prizes with the type of winning prize, amount and validity date to winner phone number. Instant Prizes are subject to a limited number of prizes per day. ATOM will not have any liability or responsibility towards customers playing the game after the daily allocation of Instant Prizes are given away.

10. The Telco instant Prizes will have 3 days validity and is non-transferable to other ATOM users. CashBack (Top-up bill) reward can be used only the ATOM’s products(Voice, SMS & Data at Pay as you go rate). The Free Onnet SMS and Free Onnet Call can only be sent/communicated between ATOM users.

11. Game Player can find the history of instant winning prizes in “Reward History” section of their “ATOM” application (Golden Farm).

12. ATOM is not responsible for the game lives and instant prizes that are not used within the expiration time.

13. ATOM assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Game, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM which may affect any customer’s eligibility for the game.

14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered by ATOM. Unless otherwise stated in these T&C, a winner who is awarded a prize might however at its discretion sell or dispose of one or more prizes as the customer deems fit. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be accepted or utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. ATOM does not accept and expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Eligible Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

15. The decision of ATOM regarding any aspect of the Golden Farm Game is final and binding. 

16. ATOM reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Game where it becomes necessary to do so at its full discretion.

17. The Game and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Union of Myanmar and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar Courts.

18. In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
